Troubleshooting

Check resource authentication, HTTPS/gateway access, enabled provider, required tag/category, polling and staff group names. A creator must be live and connected to the server for time to count. Never share OAuth tokens with support.

Before opening a ticket: /sfdiagnostico#

Run /sfdiagnostico from the server console (or in game, if you are in the configured group). For every SF resource it checks declared dependencies that are not running or start too late, missing database tables, configured items that do not exist in your base, permissions and groups, and whether the license authenticated. Every finding comes with the next step, not just the diagnosis.
