1. License

Each purchased script is licensed per FiveM server. Sharing or redistribution is prohibited.

2. Refunds

Right of withdrawal: purchases made online can be cancelled within 7 calendar days of the purchase, with no need to give a reason (article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code). The full amount paid is refunded through the same payment method, and the license is revoked.

After those 7 days: if the script has a defect that our support cannot fix within 30 days, you may choose a replacement, a refund, or a proportional price reduction (article 18 of the Consumer Protection Code).

To request a refund, open a ticket on our Discord with the order number.

3. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SF Development is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the scripts. Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code.

4. Connected platform accounts

SF Livestream lets players voluntarily link creator accounts from supported third-party platforms. The player must link only an account they own or are authorized to manage. The integration is used to identify the public channel and verify livestream activity for in-server rewards and rankings.

5. YouTube API Services

By linking YouTube, the user also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledges that the Google Privacy Policy applies. SF Livestream requests read-only access and does not upload, modify, or delete YouTube content.
