Installation

1. Install and start oxmysql and lb-phone.
2. Extract the licensed sf_uber package into resources.
3. Import sql/sf_uber.sql or allow automatic table creation.
4. Edit only config/ and bridge/.
5. Add ensure sf_uber after lb-phone in server.cfg.

Do not modify auth/; it is already bound to the license and product.
