Troubleshooting

• App/account missing: verify phone order, unique identifier, equipped phone and active number.
• Contacts empty: check contacts table and fork columns.
• Name shown as number: no saved contact, online character name or app profile was found.
• Message rejected: review size, rate limit, blocks and active number.
• Media fails: check upload keys, endpoints and phone key-file path.
• Call duration missing: map CallEndedEvent to your fork.

Before opening a ticket: /sfdiagnostico#

Run /sfdiagnostico from the server console. WhatsApp has no admin group, so on its own it does not enable the command in game; the empty Config.AdminGroups warning can be ignored for this app. For every SF resource it checks declared dependencies that are not running or start too late, missing database tables, configured items that do not exist in your base, permissions and groups, and whether the license authenticated. Every finding comes with the next step, not just the diagnosis.
