Troubleshooting
First of all: /sfdiagnostico#
Run /sfdiagnostico in the server console (or in game, if you are in the
Config.Diagnostico.Grupo group). It checks for a stopped dependency, a missing
table, an item referenced in the configuration that does not exist in your base,
permissions, the license, a bench with no location, a faction vault with no
faction registered, and a route that rolls for a police alert with nobody set to
receive it — each finding with the next step.
/craftconfig says "No permission"#
You are not in the Config.CraftConfig.Grupo group (default "Admin"), or it is
empty. Empty means nobody, on purpose.
The bench does not show up after saving#
Check the radius (zero makes it vanish) and whether it has at least one location.
If you use ox_target or qb-target, also check Bridge.AddZone and
Bridge.RemoveZone in the client bridge.
The bench opens empty#
The player lacks the bench permission, or the recipes use an item that does not
exist in your base. Run /sfdiagnostico.
The bench opens for nobody#
If the mode is Organization, it only opens for members of one of the
registered factions — and the bench needs at least one. Check the faction list in
/craftconfig and whether Functions.Grupos (bridge) returns the player's
groups.
"Store everything" left items in the backpack#
The warehouse filled up midway. The button stores what fits, item by item, instead of refusing the whole batch — and says something was left over. Raise the capacity through the warehouse upgrade track, or withdraw something first.
The player could not find the faction warehouse#
The vault is decided by the first faction in the bench's list that the player
belongs to. If they are in two, change the order in /craftconfig to pick which
one wins.
An order was paid and the money never came back#
An expired or cancelled order refunds on the next sweep (every 5 minutes by
default, Config.Encomendas.IntervaloVarreduraMs). /sfdiagnostico shows how
many refunds are pending; if the number does not fall, look in the console for a
payment error — usually Functions.Reward in the bridge.
"Deliver" is refused with a full destination#
The buyer's warehouse filled up. Nothing is taken from the deliverer's backpack in that case — agree in the order chat before producing.
Crafting charges wrong or delivers nothing#
Test ItemAmount, RemoveItem, GiveItem and CanCarry in the bridge.
RemoveItem must report success only when the entire removal happened.
The route does not pay#
Check the payment in /craftconfig and the Reward function in
bridge/server.lua. A failed payment shows in the console and the collection
still counts — the item is delivered, the money is not.
"Moved too fast between points"#
That is the anti-teleport check. If your route points are very far apart, or the
collection came right after a staff teleport, adjust or disable
Config.Rotas.VelocidadeMaxMs. The route is not ended: the next collection goes
through.
"Unavailable outside the city"#
The player is in a routing bucket other than Config.AntiAbuso.BucketCidade, or
carries one of the StateBagsIsolamento state bags.
The queue disappears on restart#
Check oxmysql, the tables with the configured prefix and the machine clock. The
queue uses absolute timestamps and must keep running even while the player is
offline.
Item icons do not appear#
Config.UI.ItemImageBase must point at your inventory's image folder — the final
path is <base><item>.png.
