Troubleshooting
- App missing: start the phone first and check the unique app identifier.
- Wrong framework/balance: force framework, check bank account and atomic removal.
- Restaurant closed/missing: verify hours, coordinates and delivery radius.
- Items not delivered: menu names and
Config.Itenskeys must match; adaptAddItem. - Courier cannot go online: review allowed vehicle classes and client vehicle-class bridge.
Before opening a ticket: /sfdiagnostico#
Run /sfdiagnostico from the server console (or in game, if you are in the
configured group). For every SF resource it checks declared dependencies that
are not running or start too late, missing database tables, configured items
that do not exist in your base, permissions and groups, and whether the license
authenticated. Every finding comes with the next step, not just the diagnosis.
